Instagram, a popular phone application that turns your normal photographs into square, vintage looking photos, has a popular hash tag trending: #fromwhereistand. It’s exactly how it sounds, you take a photo from where you are standing. Pointing the camera down towards your feet, you have the opportunity to show your shoes (though sometimes just feet) in whatever environment you’re currently in.
Because you’re taking a photo of your shoes, you have an opportunity to show off your fashionable kicks. Or if you’re anything like us, at Rubber Soul Vintage, then you’re showing off your fashionable, vintage shoes!
